Shipping policy
All items that are in stock ship within 3-7 business days.
Items are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
All orders are shipped in the order they are received in the queue as long as items are in stock
Please log into your account to check the status and tracking information for your order.
Upon marking your order as shipped you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
- DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON (NOV. 1- DEC. 30) OUR SHIPPING TIME MAY EXTEND TO 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS
- ORDERS PLACED DURING SALES WILL HAVE AN EXTENDED SHIPPING TIME OF 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS

** Please note we do print out the shipping labels sometimes a day or two prior to shipping the products to prep your items for shipping. This may account for why it looks like a label has been printed but it has not yet been accepted by the post office.
